Online Consultation
Angsamerah Clinic provides online consultations for patients who are not able or not willing to come to the clinic.
This service is available during operating hours (10:00-18:00 Monday to Saturday) with the following doctors: General Practitioners, Specialists (Obstetrics & Gynecology, Andrology, Pulmonology and Internal Medicine), Psychiatrists and Psychologists.
Here’s how you can consult our doctors from wherever you are:
1. Booking
Book online, contact us on Whatsapp or call us directly on +62 821 1942 9443 with your desired date and time for an Online Consultation.
2. Payment
Payment is to be made in full prior to the consultation. See fees below depending on the requested type of consultation.
3. Confirmation
A link will be sent to you (by email or Whatsapp as per requested) to access the video call platform on the scheduled date and time.
4. Consultation
A reminder will be sent to you 15 minutes before the scheduled time so you can proceed with your consultation on time.
After the consultation, if you require any medication, we can also deliver it to your address, the added fee should be paid before delivery.

The fees for Online Consultations are as follow:
- Rp. 150,000 for General Practitioners
- Rp. 500,000 for Specialists (Obstetrics & Gynecology, Andrology, Pulmonology and Internal Medicine)
- Rp. 650,000/45min for Psychiatrists
- Rp. 750,000/45min for Psychologists
Yes, here are the specific requirements:
- A good internet connection
- Google Meet application for phones or an internet browser with a camera and microphone for desktops and laptops (a Google Account is not required)
- A private room where you feel comfortable to talk with our doctor and be examined if necessary
We will offer to reschedule to another date, providing that the connection issues can be resolved in the meantime. If unfortunately, problems persist on the next attempt and the consultation has to be cancelled, we will give you a full refund.
Angsamerah uses Google Meet for Online Consultations, a video call and chat platform from Google. All communications are encrypted end-to-end (between patient and doctor) and the only persons allowed to join the call are the patient and the doctor. Calls are not recorded.
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your consultation anytime at least 2 hours before the scheduled time with no extra charge. In case of cancellation, your payment will be refunded in full.

Yes, if there is no notification from your part at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled time.
- 50% of your payment will be forfeited if you decide to reschedule less than 2 hours prior.
- 100% of your payment will be forfeited if we don’t receive any notification from you before the scheduled time.
