Anak Sehat Papua (ASP), which is funded by British Petroleum (BP), consulted with Angsamerah in STI clinic management for their clinic. Cooperation has been walking in two phases: first in March 2010 by dr. Budiarto and second phase in June 2010 by Siti Suratmi.

In the first stage, ASP were given the materials of STI clinics management system, STI clinic administrative management of, STI's SOP and Universal Precaution (UP). While the second phase materials given were STI laboratory management, STI laboratory reporting & recording system, and additional materials of STI's SOP.
