In order to better understand perceptions of the general public and to begin basic health promotion, we hold community workshops in the areas in which we work. This public health model of sexual and reproductive health service and information delivery will work through and with existing implementing partners, such as local government, private health facilities, and non-governmental organisations at a district level.

Although this model is still in the design stage, it is likely to include:

- Renovating and better equipping existing facilities.
- Linking existing facilities and providers through a broad referral system, regular meetings, and exchanges.
- Up-skilling existing staff and training new staff.
- A significant set of health promotion activities.
- Outreach.
- A method of supervision, monitoring and regular reporting.
